Every action has its own icon that starts Red, turns Yellow once initiated then Green when finished. At the end of each patient visit, a visual checklist awaits you so you can verify that everything has been completed.
ActionManager goes to work as soon as you schedule the patient's appointment. The icon appears on your Front Desk checklist just before the patient arrives. The complete patient file is attached and follows the patient through the office from station to station. When the patient leaves, the file is transferred to Back Office. Should you forget, the icon remains on the Front Desk checklist as a gentle reminder. Nothing gets overlooked!
